The Comenius EduMedia Awards have shown that mybreev is on the right track: Those who focus on the topic of sustainability are right, because together with our client KfW IPEX-Bank we received an award for the joint project "Core elements of Sustainability and Environmental and Social Due Diligence" in the category "Vocational, Economic and Commercial Education". The company is on trend because, according to a survey by an international management consultancy, 57% of the companies surveyed already offer their employees training to raise awareness of sustainability issues.

Here, mybreev has converted KfW IPEX-Bank's sustainability training courses, which were previously held as classroom events or online seminars, into an e-learning concept that is now available to the company's employees in German and English. The module is divided into two separate courses: "Basic Sustainability Training" introduces the basic building blocks pillars of KfW IPEX-Bank's sustainability management, such as ESDD, the Sustainable Finance Concept and Sustainability Governance. The e-learning course "Environmental and Social Impact Assessment" deepens knowledge on ESDD and highlights environmental and social risks that financial institutions need to consider. In summary, courses support the implementation of international commitments and KfW Bankengruppe's voluntary commitment to consider human rights in its business activities. The content is available to employees as didactically up-to-date and appealing e-learning formats on the company's intranet. In this way, the heterogeneous group of recipients can be reached in a modern, competent and up-to-date manner.
